PTE Cancellation & Reschedule

If you withdraw your PTE exam before or within 14 calendar days of the exam date, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your test within 14 days but before 7 calendar days of your exam date, you will recover 50% of your test cost.

If you cancel the test within 7 calendar days of the exam date, you will not receive a full refund.
